We offer a blend of spacious 900sf 2-bedroom/2-bathroom residences and 550sf 1-bedroom/1-bath residences. Some units have private balconies, patios, or fenced back yards.

Rental Criteria & Lease Terms
- Security Deposit: ($1,000 Based on Credit)
- Application Fee: $49 per applicant (non-refundable)
- Lease Term: 12-month lease required. 2.5 times rent for income
-Credit Screening: All applicants are subject to a credit check


Applicants must meet standard qualification requirements. Additional documentation or a co-signer may be required based on application results.
